They love to stare

The only difference was that I had no need for protection against this animal because he did not threaten me or my property.
Why not start with the most obvious reason?
Many cats like to look up, and like to be high. This is why so many cats fight the urge to stare at the ceiling.
This is also why they seem to enjoy the ceiling so much. He or she loves looking up and feeling powerful doing it.
The ceiling is a powerful and symbolic object. It represents power, space, independence, freedom, and most of all, money!
It can be intimidating for a cat who is not used to being in a space by herself. Once a cat gets use to it, they usually don’t look up as much!
