Webex is a popular cloud–based personal communication platform. You can use it to chat with your friends, family, and coworkers around the world.
With Webex, you can accessing your desktop, laptop, or mobile device and then chat with other people. This is great if you have a large group of people you want to communicate with, or you need to coordinate multiple people at the same time.
The versatility of Webex is what makes it such a popular communication platform. People use it for different reasons, like the speed of the app or how easy it is to set up.
Some people find the UI too complicated and hard to understand so they do not use it.

How do I use it?
Webex Document Loadernce is a free, easy to use tool that lets you load and manipulate webex documents such as agenda, notes, and reminders.
You can even save your loaded document as a pdf, ppt, or doc!
It is very useful when teaching or learning code or computer technology. Users can create interactive lesson plans that change based on what information is presented in the lesson.
This way students are more engaged and take more ownership of the material they are learning. It also helps them understand what they are reading and studying because they have to actually load and work with the document before completing their assessment.
Where is it?
A very common application is sticking a Webex client on your PC or mobile device and having it load and run the Webex app directly. This is called direct download and use.
You can do this if you have Webexdue or not, because both apps connect to the same account.
If you have a desktop, you can also download and run the desktop app. If you have a laptop, you can also download and run the laptop app. You can even run both on the same computer if you want!
All of these apps connect to your account through their own Webex account. When someone talks to you on the phone or emails you, they send/receive messages through your own account.
Downloading the app
Once you’ve installed the document loader app, you can start using it. The app will automatically download and install on your device any new webex documents that are added to your account.
You can then open the app and import the document into your hangout or skype meeting as usual. Or, you can also open the app right away and start reviewing the document right away.
This is a great feature as it does not require you to wait for a invitation to send or attend a meeting with someone, which could be beneficial. You can also make quick changes to the document using the app without having to send or attend a hangout or Skype call.
The only downside of the app is that it does not support every language that hangs out in webex, making it hard to do remote review in some languages.
Opening a document
Opening a document is one of the most basic operations a web browser can perform. Most web browsers have a special link called the “document loader.” This link allows you to open a new, blank document inside your web browser.
When you click the document loader link, your browser will display a box where you can type the address of the file you want to open. Your browser will then whisk away the file and give you an empty document inside.
This is very useful when trying to help educate yourself on how to use Microsoft Word, how to save documents in different formats, and other features. You can then create your own documents and do research with them!
Many things work with new documents being opened this way.
Select a version
Versionantage is a lightweight application that lets you select which version of Windows you want to run your computer on. versionantage is a small app that runs as a background process and automatically updates your Windows desktop when a new version is available.
You can select between Home, Pro, Enterprise, or Custom editions which change how the app works. Home and Pro have slightly different features which affect what programs load and where programs load.
Home has more features than Pro which adds extra security features such as requiring a password before running programs and adding an additional layer of protection with antimalware software. This helps prevent programs from being installed through exploits or malware, however it also impacts performance due to the added security measures.
The final edition is Custom where no other features are added or taken away. This just changes how the program looks and how it operates.
Choose a date
Once you have your document loaded, the easiest choice is to choose a date that is near you. For me, this was July 4th!
You can then click the date and it will load the document for you. You can then edit and save it as needed.
Webex Document Loaderantage: There is another feature to Webex that does not require choosing a date. It is called Webex Connect. With this feature, you can export your meeting to a file and import it into a new meeting. Both features are free!
Both features require an account which you can create right away.
Choose a time
When your meeting is about to begin? Then you should pick a good time to load your document.
Most meetings are set to start at about 2:30 pm. This is the time when most people get ready for the meeting and start their conversations.
Once the meeting begins, participants will spend most of their time trying to navigate the program and getting things done. By prepping your document a few minutes before the meeting begins, you will saved some time in your schedule.
Many meetings last around 45 minutes. That being said, it can take up to 15 minutes for a meeting to end. Participants may need some extra time to get started and finish their documents.
Confirm and save

beetle is a vital part of the webex save and confirm document loader. Without the confirm feature, your save will not work!
With the confirm feature, you can choose to save your document with or without your changes. If you make changes to your data, then the confirm feature will honor those changes. If you want a different company to handle your data, then this is how you do that.
To access the confirm feature, go to Account > My Account > User Preferences. There, you can set whether or not you would like confirmation when saving data. You can also turn on Send Changes if you do not want to accept that data changes will be emailed but will still use the features to load and save data.
