The President’s House was designed to look like a traditional home with lots of windows, so when people visit, they feel as if they’re inside that home. This representation makes it feel more special and deserving of its high cost.
Kanakuk has very expensive courses, but they are worth it! You have to take the time to find out what you are meant to be able to do, because it is very impressive.
The camp is gorgeous
When you visit Kanakuk, you will be in awe of how beautiful it is. There are many cliffs and trees around, making it a very enjoyable environment to visit.

The park has a diverse range of ecosystems, from remote rain forests to agricultural lands. This variety makes Kanakuk unique – its areas are not identical, neither in type of vegetation nor in wildlife.

The biggest complaint about high-priced Kanakuk is that it is larger than other schools in the area and that it requires more money to attend.
Both of these things are true, however. There are a couple of very expensive American high schools in the country that require more money to attend.
At the top end, there’s Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, which charges an astonishing $41,000 per year to attend. At this level, there isn’t much difference between a college campus and an independent school.
There’s also West Point, which is an army base and charges $31,000 per year to attend. Neither of these places are private!
At the lower end, there’s Stonewall Jackson High School in Virginia which charges $14,000 for its program and $788 for its coursework. These prices make sense when you look at how much time is involved.
