The downside to using only one type of pepper spray is that you have to carry it with you every time someone tries to run away. The other downside is that it can be expensive to purchase every year due to how often people uses it.

Long rifle
The long rifle is the primary weapon for security guards. These rifles are designed to be long, heavy, and sturdy. They must be able to withstand the weight of a person standing in it for a length of time.
Security guards must know how to use their rifles. Many choose handgun or pistol training courses to become familiar with the rifle. After becoming familiar with the rifle, the security guard can add additional weapons such as handguns or combat knives.
