When a player starts the game, they will begin at Level 1, which is the first level you can play on. You will receive a point towards completing the first challenge in every episode, so it is not a full stop event.

Then, seconds later, there is another meeting where Cobblepot asks for help locating “a new recruit” to their crime family. The second person at the table says “Mr. Jaggerberg?” with a smile, which is how he gets his name on paper (Jaggerberg).
