There are two different ways to create a security policy for your Dell data protection hardware. You can do it through the Security Policy Editor or through the Dell Data Protection Hardware Management Console. Both options provide similar results, just in different ways.
Using the Security Policy Editor, connect your computer to the data protection device and then click on Manage Policies from the main pane of the console. This will open the Security Policy Editor which is shown in picture 1.
Using the console, click on New then select Create new from there. In picture 2, you can see what type of policies are available for your device.
