Many are blaming the chain for having too many drinks, but there is a point where enough drinks are made. Too many people drinking merrily will get people buying drinks merrily, which isn’t much when you think about it.
The industry as a whole has become very vocal about how much they want their beverage sold at a higher volume, and they seem to be getting their wish.
