Know what they mean

The gage is a ring with lines around it that indicates water is flowing through it. If the water line is down, then there is more water passing through the tank.
This indicates you have enough liquid coolant to complete a warm up process and to ensure your Jeep has sufficient cooling during an extreme weather event like a heat wave. If your vehicle does not have enough cooling, then adding more water will help alleviate this issue.
There are three kinds of gages for vehicle tanks: cold, hot, and reverse. The cold gages are mounted on the top of the tank; the hot ones are mounted on either side of the tank; and the reverse ones are when you need them both.
Brake gage
When a driver needs to apply the brakes, the vehicle has an additional gauge to indicate how much brake pressure is left. This gauge is called a brake gage.
A brake gage is a small plastic or metal disc that sits on top of the brake pedal and corresponds to the amount of pressure left in the pedal. When you apply more pressure to the pedal, it correspondingly increases in thickness and volume, thus registering a greater amount of pressure.
To keep a brake gage calibrated properly, it must be matched up with another piece of metal called a cam plate. The two must be identical in size and shape, and they must match up perfectly! If one does not match up, then there will be some minor difference in how the car responds to braking forces.
