Bacardi Zombies are a mild, buttery bait-and-switch that will make your tastebuds drool. When you first cut in the chocolate and vanilla notes, you will think to yourself, “Oh yeah! That was good!”
But then you will click on the café mode and see that your friends are having a hard time recognizing what drink you just made. It is hard to tell the difference between a zombie and another drink because it is so buttery and delicious.
Café mode gives this drink a break from its typical ice coldness, which can make it seem less effective. When brewed properly, zombies give you some nice side effects such as sleepiness or tranquility.

However, since there is no actual coffee in this drink, people tend to forget about the amount of caffeine in it.

The actual word bacardi is named after the plant material that is found in it. It is named after the Bacchus, the god of wine.

As the drinker, you have to match the drink color with the corresponding food group. For instance, you have to match green with tomatoes, red with fish and chicken, and yellow with vegetables.
You can also optionally engage in bloody business while drinking it. Although none of us really recommend this, we can still enjoy this part because it is included in the picture!
The line between beer and blood is quite thin so it does not affect too much if you do not do this part.

Mixing the bacardi zombie
When baking the Zombie, your first step is to determine how many eggs you want in the recipe. There are two ways to mix the eggs into the Zombie. One way is to use one egg per cup of liquid and to add it at that time in the batter. The other way is to use two eggs per cup of liquid and to add it just as that liquid is being added to the batter.
Which method you choose depends on what colors your zombies want. If you like white zombies, then use one egg and forget the second egg! If you like red zombies, then use two eggs and have fun with matching color schemes!
Then there are the rest of the ingredients. The barbecued meat must be high quality, so look for fresh meat! The baked goods must be high quality too, so look for fresh butter and chocolate if wanting a white or red zombie.
Tasting the rum
After opening the bottle, it is important to allow the spirit to settle for a minute or two before tasting. This allows the flavors to blend and identifies any other ingredients in the rum.
The first taste is of citrus and spice. This fades quickly but is still there. Next you will taste chocolate and vanilla with a sour undertone. This lasts slightly longer but is already gone by the end of tasted.

After opening up a bottle of undenomel, it was time to taste the drink. Denomel is a fruit juice that is made from concentrate and fresh fruit. It is usually stored in the refrigerator for one hour before drinking to ensure it does not break down.
My first sip of denomel was delightful. I could taste the freshness of the fruit and how well blended it with the rum and cachaça. The cachaça added some nice flavor, making this drink even more delicious.
After drinking a little bit, I realized how long this drink took to take effect. It was beautiful looking on the table when done being drank.
Tasting the sugar syrup
When baking chocolate chip cookies, you must have enough warm butter to make sure the cookie dough can stick to the pan. When making Zombie bread, that butter must be melted and then poured into the bread pan to set the zombie theme.
So, when eating the zombie bread, you must have some of that rich and buttery dough to spread on your bread. The rest of the loaf must contain wheat, which makes it taste like regular bread.
We recommend using a one third butter, one half sugar mix for our zombies because it reminds us of wheat germ but has less flavor variation.
