However, this comes at a cost: blackening slightly in places when cut and dried. Fortunately, gray bands can be made with cut and dried granite by using sandpaper!
Sadly, brown is not an easy color to work with so many cedar cabinetry manufacturers do not use this stone because of the risk of blackening.

A very popular color is black. There are so many ways to use and coordinate with this stone. You can make statements with them, or go for a more casual look with some granite.
