Search for the channel finder
Once you have identified your red zone phone, you will need to set up a Redzone account. This is done by going to redzone.com and creating an account. You will then be able to see your account in the search channel finder on redzonelocation.com.

Once you have checked in on site, created an account, and made sure your app is working, start looking for suspicious activity.

If the redzone app is not available on your channel, try opening the app again via the channel’s app.
If that does not work, try pairing your device with a different network. Your device must be connected to it for the app to load.
If those solutions do not work, take a look at the supported devices section of the channel’s website. Some channels may only allow smartphones or tablets as devices to connect to their signal. If so, your mobile device can be paired!
Redzone may also be unavailable on some devices due to software compatibility. If this is the case, try connecting your device via cable or using a repeater device instead of giving up on Redzone.
Call customer service
If you cannot find Redzone on your cable or satellite system, you can call customer service at 1-800-742-7551. They will connect you to the channel’s account and ask if it is set up. If it is, they will send you an email with instructions on how to access and watch your football games.
