Soft silicone implants are typically less expensive alternatives to powdered plastic implants. They can be shaped and reshaped, just like natural tissue.
Due to their more flexible nature, some recommend these implants for pregnant women due to the fact that it can be difficult to determine a patient’s size after pregnancy. Due to this fact, certain plastic surgeons may use this as a form of insurance against future pregnancy.
