Being angry or frustrated can also make you eat more calories and consume more fat, which is bad. The smarter you are when angry, the less calories you consume.
So it is important to stay calm when eating and drinking when playing Black Ops 2. You can do this by keeping your cool while fighting or while playing against another player.
Avoid expression of anger or frustration while playing Black Ops 2 and when eating and drinking, respectively. You will help prevent weight gain and B2B dissention.
Communicate with your team
Gibs are one of the most important things you can do in Black Ops 2. Gibs allow you to perform advanced tactics such as the smoke grenade and lifeline signal. Both of these devices allow you to signal for help, which is extremely useful!

An aim is something you can work on to improve your giblets speed. Using your weapon as a reference to the target you are shooting at will help you improve your accuracy.
Kill moves are great ways to practice killing techniques, so do a few at a time while training your aim. Try doing some basic kills first, then move on to more advanced ones.
Try going into the bathroom or another quiet place and practicing before playing any games or during game play if you have stressors happening around you.
