Sun damage is a broad category of skin care problems that include brown spot, sun damage, and sun sensitivity. Brown spot occurs when the surface of the skin becomes darker than normal due to prolonged contact with the Sun.
Brown spot can be prevented by using sunscreen consistently and consistently applying sunscreen throughout the day. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays.

Drinking plenty of water will also help with healing your burned skin.
Make a paste out of baking soda and water
This remedy can be done at any time of the year, although best when made during summertime to counteract the damage from the suns heat and tanning beds.
When baking soda is exposed to sunlight, it becomes blue in color. This is due to the presence of silver barium sulfate in its structure.
This compound reacts as a whitening agent, thus making the skin appear smoother and more youthful. It also acts as a counteragent against sun exposure, helping prevent red spots and protect other parts of the body from sunburn.
You can use this paste on a variety of skin problems such as burns, dry skin, rough or bruises, etc. It can be applied directly on the area that needs help or mixed with an agent that will help spread it onto an already damaged area.
Apply aloe vera gel to the affected areas
After a sun exposure, damaged skin may suffer from dryness and peeling. This is normal. However, if the aloe vera gel does not alleviate the pain of the sun damage, it is time to seek medical help.
A physician can correct solarburn by applying a gel made of gelized Aloe Vera (also known as quinoa leaf gel) onto the affected areas before bathing. This prevents any water from evaporating and remaining on the skin.
However, this requires some good judgement of someone’s self-care habits because you must always have it available. Another possibility is using tea tree oil, but again, this requires good self-care in terms of keeping track of what I need to do to maintain this remedy.
Either way, these two methods should help repair any damage caused by sun exposure.
Mix one teaspoon of honey with one teaspoon of lemon juice and apply this mixture to your skin
As the name suggests, use a vitamin E cream to aid in repairing sun damaged skin. The vitamin E in this cream helps with protecting your skin from sun damage.
Because it contains vitamin E, this cream can also help reduce redness and protect against future sun damage. You can apply it directly to your skin or wrap it around a object such as a credit card or phonecard.
After applying the vitamin e cream, place some organic rosehip oil on your hands to prevent any breakouts and then apply on your dried skin. Leave it on for at least an hour or so before washing away any traces of oil.
Use a vitamin E cream
As the name suggests, use a vitamin E cream to repair sun damaged skin. This cream can be applied directly onto sun damaged skin, or onto the skin around it to enhance moisture and protect against dryness.
Mediterranean oils such as olive oil can also be used to heal sun-damaged skin. Once applied, this oil must be kept in touch with water throughout the day to prevent it drying out.
At night time, before sleeping lightly or shutting tight all of the doors and windows of your bedroom, thoroughly wet your bedding and coverings with a hot bath or showers them with blankets and pillows to prevent excessive heat loss.
By morning your bedding will feel moist and protected while also displaying any scratches that may have occurred.
Apply salt water to your skin
Salt water is a traditional home remedy that can be very beneficial for sun exposed skin. Salt water can be a very effective way to heal sunburn.
When sunlight strikes the skin with sufficient strength, it causes tissue damage and a release of harmful chemicals. Some of these chemicals are Vitamin D, which helps your skin function, and Erythrogenic Acid (EHA), which is another name for polyhydroxy compounds.
EHA plays a vital role in your body as it boosts cell growth and helps your skin function properly. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that help prevent further redness and dryness.
Because EHA helps regulate cell growth and penetration, it also protects against future cell damage caused by sunlight.
Make a paste out of cinnamon and water and apply it to your skin
This remedy is very old-fashioned, but for sunburned skin it works amazingly.
A mixture of olive oil and flour can also be applied as a paste to the skin to reduce redness and prevent breakdown of the skin cells.
Applying white vinegar as a remover is another way to repair sun damaged skin. Mix 1 gallon of water with one cup of white vinegar and apply this on your skin when you feel the burn starting. Let it sit until all the water has evaporated and your skin has dried.
Using a cotton ball can also be used as a remover for this reason. Just make sure you cut out any underlying blood vessels or tissue that may be causing the paper remošt to dry up.
Use full-fat yogurt on your face as a mask
Add some honey to yogurt to make it more thick and smooth. Leave it on for at least half an hour until the skin feels smooth and moisturized. Then remove and apply some of the honey-based cream onto your face to reap the benefits.
This can be useful for dry or sensitive skin as the honey makes it somewhat soothing. You can also use it as a body wash if you do not want to put too much cream into your skin.
Woolly socks or gloves can be useful for hot summer days. Simply put something warm and comfortable on before you get out of bed in case you sleep hot.
Use large blankets if you need to keep warm while doing household repairs such as patching up sun damaged skin or cutting out wet spots on furniture where people will be spending a lot of time sitting or lying down.
