Eating tomatoes as a substitute for tart fruits like apples or sodas can help prevent asthma in cats. Most importantly, this is most likely true if you put your cat in a kitchen environment to do so!
As the name suggests, this tip is all about tomatoes. The main component of tomato is the skin and ptomaine acid. This is found in the Roma and Lyonnaise tomatoes, although any tomato can have it.
