Make sure device is connected to Bluetooth

If your device is not connected to a music or audio device, then it will not turn on. If it does turn on, then make sure that it is paired with another device that has Bluetooth functionality.

Make sure watch is not in power-save mode

When you turn on a watch in the mode scan or when you open the watch face to go to the mode, make sure the watch is not in power-save mode.

Power-save mode happens when your watch is sleeping but it is still charging. This can be dangerous as it will stop functioning while it is still charging!

To prevent this, turn your watch on and then off again to finish downloading and operating your app. To put it into power-save mode, slide a button on the side of the watch.

This will take you to a screen where you can enter your phone’s password or use one of the watches faces that accepts access through an app.

Try pressing the button on the watch

If the watch doesn’t turn on, try pressing and holding the button on the band until it does. If that works too, then your phone is not connected to the watch.

If your phone is connected, try removing and re-adding a device in your account. Then try connecting to a new device or computer. If that works, then your computer or device is corrupt and/or not paired with the watch.

If that is the case, you will need to purchase a compatible charging cradle or sync cable to charge and sync the watch and phone together.

Try turning off and back on the watch
