Why Does A Woman Urinate Frequently

Urine is an important part of your body that needs to spend time in circulation. Without it flowing through your body, it can become dehydrated or suffer damage from the containers it is in.

A frequent need to urinate is not normal and may be a sign of dehydration. It can also be caused by something else such as an infection or medicines.

Urine flow can either be intermittent or constant, based on the person’s preference.

Intermittent flow does not feel like running water or a toilet tankful of water. It feels more like swimming in water than running, and has a more floaty feeling than a normal wetting.

Constant flow feels more like running, but the person may have to keep flushing the urine away because it goes no where.

Drinking too little

Another cause of frequent urination is drinking too little. It’s normal to drink less when you are young, but as you get older, you need to drink enough to prevent dehydration.

It’s recommended that women drink at least one full glass of water every hour, so it’s important to keep tabs on your intake. You can do this by measuring the amount of water you have been drinking, or by checking your bladder and penis daily.

If women are having difficulty staying clean, they may be passing water or dunking their penis in a bathtub full of water. Either way, it’s best to avoid these methods as the menopause can often be a time for frequent urination due to reduced bladder control.

Loosing control in the middle of an episode may also result in hitting a spot or two and spreading the liquid around, which can further cause dehydration.

Diet

While men who have a large penis are usually diet their entire lives, women who have a large breasts are usually diet their whole lives as well.

There is a reason why women who have big breasts and/or big dicks are typically diet people. It has to do with cultural expectations and taboos.

As a society, we tend to view women as sexual beings, and men as non-sexual beings. As such, we don’t typically expect men to be sexual about the matter of eating food.

If you’ve ever seen an article about nutrition or health where the author indicates that she eats two or three servings of vegetables every day, you may think that she eats no food at all. She may even write it off as medical advice that doesn’t affect her daily life!

That kind of attitude can go really deep, and it can influence what people think about and say about eating food, both in-and out-of-age.

Medical conditions

Women with medical conditions such a kidney disease or bladder disorder may need to urinate more often than the average woman. Some women with kidney disease may have an increased number of episodes of frequent peeing, especially during the mornings.

Some women with diabetes also having a high rate of frequent peeing is noticable. Women with diabetes often have trouble controlling their urine flow, which can cause them to pee frequently or even out of control.

Another condition that causes women to urinate frequently is endometriosis. This condition can cause pain in women as they go poo, but it can also cause frequent poo’s as it affects their confidence in front of others.

Hormone imbalance

men have difficulty producing male hormones, such as testosterone (the main hormone men need for physical and emotional health), women have two copies of the male sex hormone, estrogen (in the form of estrogen in women).

So, it makes sense that women would have trouble producing male hormones. However, while men can have trouble producing estrogen in some situations, women can still be found with an estrogen excess. This can happen when a woman does not receive adequate levels of female hormones in her body.

Some women who are having an increased demand for androgens, such as testosterone, may also have an overactiveMenstrual Hormones (MTH) function. This affects how much female hormones are in your body.

Urinary tract infection (UTI)

Approximately 20% of women have a UTI at some time in their life. Most cases occur in your 30s and 40s, though.

UTIs are usually caused by certain bacteria living within the female urinary tract. These bacteria can infect the bladder and/or urethra causing infection or damage.

Some of these bacteria include streptococcus, staphylococcus, and glic acid (found in nails). When these enter cells, she may not be able to completely rid her body of it. Some even produce male hormones such as testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (DHT).

These hormones can cause pain, changing the consistency of the urine which indicates when someone has had a need to go to the bathroom. If this happens often, see a doctor as it may be related to chronic inflammation or damaged tissue within her bladder and/or urethra.

Prostate enlargement

Another cause of frequent urine is male sexual arousal. An erection is a powerful way for a man to express desire.

When a man has an erection, it can cause the penis to enlarge slightly and stick up as it strokes the female genitals. This action can also result in involuntary peeing.

As this happens more frequently with female sexual arousal, it may be an indicator that you are having difficulty getting and/or keeping an erection. Fortunately, this problem can be treated easily!

Using a Viagra or another brand of erectile dysfunction medication can restore some strength to the penis and help prevent further loss of erection during intercourse.

Poor bladder control

If a woman has a unexplained frequent toileting, especially at night, she may be experiencing poor bladder controlarde. This is due to her increased use of the female urinary system to eliminate waste.

Using the Urethra as a Excretory System

When a woman masturbates, she uses her vagina as her excretory system. During masturbation, the woman uses her hands and/or penis to eliminate material from both the inside and outside of her body.

During sex, the woman uses her own juices to stimulate herself and/or her partner. During non-sexual activities such as walking or playing with children, women may use their urinary system for purposes of function and control.

Stress and anxiety

As mentioned before, peeing is a sign of stress. While not all women experience this, stress can lead to increased anxiety and/or depression, which in turn can lead to overeating, overeatingof various types.

Likely due to this relationship, women are more aware of the importance of getting enough sleep than men. As we mentioned earlier, a full night’s sleep is important for every aspect of our life from mental health to metabolism.

Because we are more aware of how little sleep we have and how important that time is, it’s no wonder we seek out ways to reduce stress.

However, as we have already mentioned before, sleeping in a good bed with your husband is not necessarily a way to reduce stress.
