Like other network-based phone plans, you will need to set up your new plan by entering your number and then selecting add. You can then use the plan once you confirm it with your phone provider.
Unlike some plans where you may have to pay extra for certain items like voice mail and messaging, you do not have to with this plan. You can use your phone only for calling and messaging on this plan!

Login into your account
Once you do, you can decide whether or not to allow other people to contact you via your Straight Talk account. This is called blocking phone numbers.
If you do, then only people with the same number as yours will be able to call you. You will also be able to send them texts and view their content but won’t allow them access to your account.
This is useful if you want someone to call you but don’t want them knowing your Straight Talk number. For safety reasons, these numbers must be called directly from your phone or computer!
Blocking phone numbers comes in handy when needing a little privacy.
Click on “profile & settings”
Once your account is set up, you can click on “profile & settings” to go to your profile.
There you can enter your phone number as the contact person, change your blocked phone numbers, and update your email address.
Once done, you can click “process changed” to move forward with it.
If you would like to unblock your number, then do so! Once the numbers are unblocked, you can call and text them as normal.
If you would like to have a block removed, do so! Once the numbers are unblocked, they can call and text each other again. It is also possible to have a block removed if someone tries to contact them after being unblocked.

Once your blocked number is clicked, you will see a list of all the numbers that are registered to that account. You can either manually go through each number and remove it or click on “Unblock” to allow the person to call you.
This is very useful if you need to call someone but they are not allowed to call you due to this block. You can now finally connect with them!
This app does have a fee for using the “unblock” feature, so make sure you do not spend too much before this happens. It will eventually stop blocking numbers if enough people use it, but for now this app can help you out.

Once the number is added, you will need to enter your email address to receive updates about the number. You can then continue adding numbers as many times as you wish.
Any additional numbers you add will become your personal block list and you can easily remove them at any time. Once you do, your new number will not work and it will disappear from the block list.
This service is a great way to keep track of people who are important to you. You can also sell or gift these phones if you no longer need them.
Select the phone number you want to block
Then, choose the duration of time you would like your number to be blocked. This can be as short as one week or as long as one year!
Once you make your choice, your number will be blocked until you decide to unblock it. You will not be able to contact the person on your straight talk phone until you approve it again.

If you ever need to unblock your number, select the same numbers again to keep the block effect ongoing.
Choose how long you want to block the number for
When you choose to block a number, your phone will prevent that number from contacting you until you delete it or unblock it. You can also select individual numbers to block.
You can have as many blocked as you want, so choose your reasons well. Some good ones include the person is harmful to you, the number is a fraudster’s phone and you can easily remove it, and the person is abusive or doesn’t answer right away.
You can have more than one blocked number on your account at once, so if someone calls them back, they will still be able to reach the other person. This is helpful for staying safe and aware of any scams or calls.
Having two blocked numbers makes it easier to keep track of who is calling and how they are calling them.

Now you are ready to begin! Blocking phone numbers is easy. Just click “continue” and enter the new number you want to contact and your job is done!
Straight Talk requires you to set up a new phone number for each account that you want to add someone as a contact. You can do this online or by calling the customer service number located on the back of your cell phone.

Confirm your choice
