Setting goals is important because they can help us get back on track toward our goal. If you want to buy a new car, for example, then you should set a target of how much money you want to spend- whether it be $2,000 or $10,000!

By using targets that are realistic and purposeful, we can stay motivated and in touch with our surroundings.

Develop routines

By having routines in place, you can make life more simple. For example, wake up early every day to craft, walks or practices for the kids, or studies for the mom.

Have meals and drinks planned for the week and always have something to distract the kids from naptime and playtime.

Practices with the kids every day to keep them busy and learning. Making time to organize your home, keeping track of finances, and health care are some important ones you should consider.

By having these things planned out, you will feel like you are following a plan on how to best take care of yourself and your family. You will feel more in control which helps relieve stress. By doing things that are within your comfort zone, you will gain better confidence in taking care of yourself and the family_.

Get help

As a stay at home mom, you can start right now by getting help from family or friends to help with your stress. You can call a family member or friend if you need to get some help.
