Print the picture on paper thick enough to hold up to PVC
When making the cards, you will need to hold up the picture to make it thick enough to withstand the printing.
This is because some printers do not allow pictures that do not meet their thickness requirements. If your card does not look thick enough, put in more paper until you find one that works for you.
Make sure to pick a paper that is soft enough to be handled but hard enough to stay white when printed. Some brands of paper are more durable than others- check if they are name or message printed on the paper instead of picture.
Find a high-quality PVC card template
Once you have your text and image, it is time to pick your PVC card material! Almost every template uses a different material to create the cards you want.

Once placed on the board, use the proper pressure and let the glue hold. Press hard when folding the card so the edge adheres fully.
Wash and dry thoroughly before using it
Using PVC pipe as the base, cut a rectangle about half the length of the pipe. then, create two long sides and a short end to put your information on.
Now, it is time to add some details! You can write your name or an identifier such as your membership number. Then, glue up any separators such as rings or pieces of paper that you will put in between them.
Now that they are built, they can be painted or let them dry before using again. If you want more detail, add more paint or fiber optic thread!
