The Disney Movie Club is an app and DVD/Blu-ray subscription service from Disney that brings you access to all of your favorite films at a low price. You can use this app either on your phone or computer.
The Movie Club was created to give more people access to high-quality movies at a low cost, which is what film fans want! Many people don’t know that you can rent or buy movies at the store, but they are expensively priced. With the Movie Club, you can choose between the computer or phone app so that you have access to this service.
This app has a tracking system built in so that you can keep tabs on how much you are paying and getting for your movie collection. The only downside is that it only works on the phone app because of space constraints.
Click “Order History”
Now that your movie club member’s order is in the system, you can look it up!
If your member did not enable shipment tracking, then they will need to do so in their account settings. To do this, go to My Account > Order History > Select Shipping Tracking to view items shipped to you.
You can also find your member’s account by logging into the website or app and entering their email address. You will then be able to see their orders and check out that they have funded them!
Once a movie club member has their order placed, it will take a few days for it to arrive in their account. This is because the membership site tracks how many views and clicks on the link for the movie club, and then orders itsly when due.
Locate the movie you want to track
Once your dieget is in shipping hands, it can be valuable to locate the movie you want to track alongside it.
Many website have services that will link your account to a tracking number and allow you to track your shipment. You can do this online or over the phone!
If you don’t have a dieget account, you can still find information about movies on TrackingIndie.com or the movie’s website.
Click the three dots next to the movie title
Then click on Manage My Movie Club, this will open a new window.
In this new window, you can click the Add New Movie to add it to your movie club. You can add as many movies as you want, just make sure they are signed in to your account to be added to your club.
Once you do that, you will see all of your movies in order and can edit them or delete them! You can mix new and old movies into your club, it is really fun to create where one movie might be a 50/50 split between new and old.
Select “Track Shipment”
Once your Disney Movie Club shipment has been received, you will be given the option to track it or not. This is important to do once the package has been received as otherwise you would not be able to know where your movie club items are!
If you choose to track the package, then the delivery company will email you every step of the way. They will also send you a separate message when your item has arrived.
It takes three to five days for this information to reach you depending on how quickly you receive emails in your account. Once it does reach you, check it out! You have the right to have your item back and/or any charges reversed.
Enter your email address
Once your club is up and running, it’s time to add movies to your account. You can do this through the club website or via the TV app on your phone.
Once again, there are two ways to add a movie to your collection. The website gives you the option to add a movie to your account either online or via the TV app. You can then go ahead and pick up the movie on DISney TV or at a discount at a theater nearby.
On the TV app, you can set a schedule for your movie and it will be added when you press on it. If you go with the online method, you have to give yourself an email address so that you can be notified of new movies.
Check your email for the tracking number and shipment date
Once your die-cast movie club is shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number and date of shipment.

You can check it anytime using the website or app that sends you the tracking number.
Visit the USPS website and enter your tracking number
Once you do, you will be redirected to the manufacturer’s website where you can pick up your shipment.
If your shipment is lost or damaged, you can contact the manufacturer directly. If your shipment was not delivered due to weather conditions, this is how the company will notify you.
The company will also use this method in order to raise funds for their efforts and programs.
Call the Disney Movie Club customer service number
If you do not have access to the Disney Movie Club online account, then you can call the membership company at 714-716-5500.
This is the number for the Disney Movie Club customer service team. They will be able to send you a new card and/or help you get your purchase credited back onto your account.
If they cannot do this, they can ask a family member or close friend to take out your membership on your behalf. They will then have to email you their account information which you must input into your Disney movie club online account.
This way, they can send you an invitation to join the club and input it when asked, or they can just send it like that! It does not matter as long as you receive it.
The rewards program also allowsyou to receive credits towards future admissions to movie clubs so there are many ways around this.
