Fit body boot camp is an intense, specialized boot camp workout that was created in a bid to make the most out of every boot camp class. It was designed by Berkeley Fit Body Boot Camp instructors to address the needs of more advanced fitness enthusiasts.

Like all other fit bodyBootCamp classes, this one is divided into several phases. The initial phase focuses on preparing the body and mind for the more challenging phases. This phase includes warm up exercises, mobility exercises, stretches, and familiarization with the class setting down roots before embarking on their favorite exercise routine.

The second phase of this new set focuses on changing up our workouts. During this part, we get instruction on how to properly use our equipment and what effects we should be aiming for. We also learn some new workouts we can try!

Finally, the last phase focuses on maintaining our fitness levels.

What should I expect at a boot camp class?

During a boot camp class, you’ll get to work out your muscles without being stressed or doing anything you don’t want to. You will be asked to do warm-up exercises, floor exercises, step-up work, lunges, and stretches.

We usually have a few people who stay after the class for their own personal work so that they can continue with the groups work.

Swimming is a great way to move around the water without getting very sweaty. Practising Yoga or Boot Camps can be fun with friends or a quiet place alone.

It’s a good idea to get into the habit of working out at the gym at least once a week. This is for two reasons. The first is to build your confidence in the gym and the second is to make sure you’re always burning enough calories in the gym.

The second day of going to the gym is to rest up and get your strength back up so you can go again. Don’t worry about rushing into things or getting bored of exercising but rather focus on improved health and self-confidence.

We suggest going to the gym at least four times a week, even on Sunday so you stay in shape and work your muscles hard. You can also learn some yoga poses or try some yoga cals so you stay in shape during your breaks at work or while doing them at home.
