Achilles Tendon Treatment At Home

Achilles tendinosis is a condition where the tendon on the back of your foot is affected. When it comes to touching or walking on hard surfaces, such as concrete, you have to have good balance and function of your legs to maintain your Achilles tendon health.

Home treatments are an option when going to a doctor’s office for treatment. Because there is more information available at home, there is more knowledge and familiarity with the treatment process. This makes it easier to follow the instructions and reach a successful outcome.
