Like most people, you have a Sunday morning and afternoon schedule that you follow. You typically get up at around 5:30 or 6 and goes to church from 7:00 until 9:00. You typically stay until 10:00 or 11 because it is such a fun time and you can be busy for an hour and a half!

How Sunday became the day of worship
For thousands of years, Sunday was a day of religious worship for most people. It was a day of rest and a time to gather together as a community.
Then something happened that changed the way many people worshipped God. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Christianity started to disestablish churches as places of community.
As communities no longer had need for large groups meeting regularly, they decided to combine their efforts into local churches. This was more convenient for people as they did not have to travel so much to find a church that matched their needs.
Local churches soon became quite influential in society. They were where people went to meet with clergy members and families, where they shared stories to connect them as a community, and where they donated their money and resources in support of the church kingdom.

Saturday is also a possible day of worship for some religions

In some religions, such as Christianity, there is a Catholic Mass on Saturday and a Christian Mass on Sunday. These are usually separate services, although the same clergy members may attend them together.
Some Christian denominations have merged into one entity and have no separate services on Saturday or Sunday. Instead, people spend time in church waiting for them to arrive or participating in other activities before they arrive together.

Thursday is considered a good day for Hindu worship

In addition to being a “day” in concept, having a “day of worship” is a common way to celebrate religious rites in India and around the world. It is also relatively new territory for U.S.-based religions migration, as established churches tend to do weekly worship on an organized basis.
Wednesday is considered a good day for Buddhist worship

This is why many people choose to stay at home on Thursday instead of going to church or chapel. Many feel too afraid to go out on such a night!

This is a popular day for people to just hang out and enjoy themselves. Many find that prayer helps them relax and getfocused and this helps them feel better about themselves.
A lot of people enjoy meeting other Christians who are also going to church. You can learn about current events, church policies, and other information about the church that is not shared in the news.
This is a great way to break from the daily routine and stress of life and develop a good relationship with God. Being with friends who are also going to church can help get you focused as well as it does not have any effect on you.
It is recommended to go at least an hour early so you have time to prepare yourself for the day.
