The only reason to change new oil than old water-based one is if you were using a deep-sixed type of oil and the machine failed to detect it. Then, you would have to start over with using the new one because old water-based oils do not take up any deep-sunk type hues.
Keep it upright
When you pour the oil into your drum, you have to carefully stop when the oil looks like it’s about to spill. This is because you can’t allow any oil to fall into the bottom of your drum, where it could be hot for a long time.
You want the oil to stay upright while pouring, so keep an eye on it as it rises and falls. When it looks done, let it sit a little while before pouring into your oven.
Pouring can be hard with a pan, so we suggest using a slotted spoon or some other tool to easily transfer the oil from the pan to your drum.
